Father's Day
This will be a welcome gift for any Dad. Dad doesn't work in an
office? Don't worry about it make him a survival kit for some other
aspect of his life, like a hobby such as golfing or fishing, or make
him something like a car washing or barbeque kit.
 Items you will need:
1. A large box with attached lid, similar to a cake box
2. 12x12 Scrapbook paper in Dad's favorite color
3. Glue stick
4. Paper Cutter
5. Letter Stickers
6. A copy of one of Dad's favorite comic strips How to: 1.
Begin by covering the box with the scrapbook paper. Use the paper
cutter to cut straight lines and the glue to attach the paper.
2. On the top of the box, glue Dad's favorite comic on the front.
It may be a good idea to find one that goes with the type of survival
kit you are making.
3. Use the letter stickers to write "Office Survival Kit" or the
name of your kit on the lid.
4. Put items Dad will need inside, for an office survival kit you
will want to include things like rubber bands, pens, pencils, snacks,
drinks, quarters for vending machines, a gift certificate to a nearby
restaurant he likes to visit for lunch, paperclips, band aids, hand
sanitizer and a picture of the family. Kids can also write Dad notes
that will help him through the day at work.
